Buy without risks
The reflection period is 7 working days counted from the day that follows delivery. When the customer keeps the received articles for more then 7 days, he has officially bought the items.

The items we sell are described and shown as well as possible. When despite our efforts, there is a mistake published on our website, we can not be held responsible in any way.

In addition: when parcels weren't picked up at the post office after presentation at the delivery address (the client was not at home f.e.) or the delivery was not accepted by the customer, all costs will be charged to the customer. The parcel can be sent again, when the customer pays the shipping costs again. If the customer wishes to be refunded in stead of a new shipment, the calculation of the refund will be made as follows: total purchase sum (shipping costs included) - the real shipping costs (with a minimum of 6 Euros) - 15 Euros administration costs. The refund will be made following the payment method that was used during the purchase.

Every conflict between parties shall be handled following Belgian justice and Antwerps justice departments.
Cancelling an order
A paid order can be cancelled before delivery following these conditions:
1. If you wish to cancel your order completely, we will charge you a forfait of 10 Euro for the administration costs of the order. These 10 Euros will be deducted from the amount that has to be paid back.
2. If you wish to cancel your order partially, these costs will not be applied.
All refund costs that are asked by payment systems like Multisafepay are always te be paid by the customer and will be deducted immediately from the refund sum.
