Shipping methods and costs
Shipping costs via Taxipost to addresses in Belgium are 4,95 Euro, via Taxipost Secur 5,95 Euro.
International shipping:
1. To Luxemburg: 9,95 Euro (registered mail).
2. To the Netherlands:
a) with DPD 6,95 Euro: the package will be presented max 3 times, no storage at the post office.
b) with registered mail 14,95 Euro: when you are not at home, you can pick up the package at your post office.
3. France: 9,50 Euro (DPD + Chronopost).
4. Germany:
a) with DPD 6,95 Euro: the package will be presented max 3 times, no storage at the post office.
b) with registered mail 16,49 Euro: when you are not at home, you can pick up the package at your post office.
5. England:
With registered mail 16,49 Euro: when you are not at home, you can pick up the package at your post office.
6. To all other European countries: 19,95 Euro.
7. Worldwide: 24,95 euro.
Returns
The reflexion period is 7 days from the day that follows the delivery date. When the client keeps the items he has received for more then 7 days, he has officially bought the goods.
If the client wishes to use his right to return the articles - when applicable, he needs to return the items to iKiss within 7 days, in the same state and in the original packaging. Return costs are for the client. The article(s) needs to be sent back in an appropriate packaging and with the correct amount of stamps to: Cynthia Geysen, Coremansstraat 26, 6B, B-2600 Berchem.
When an article has a technical problem when delivered, you can immediately contact us to replace the article without any costs.
The following items can not be returned:
1. Briefs, stockings and other intimate clothing or accessories, cosmetical products, intimate products and similar (for understandable hygienic reasons) when the packaging has been opened by the customer, or when can be proved that the items have been worn or used. The customer has no reflexion period in this case and can not cancel the purchase;
2. Videos, dvds, software and similar products, when the safety packaging has been damaged. After opening or changing the packaging , the item can not be returned anymore. When the item is still in the original packaging, the item can be returned within 7 days.
Returns will NOT be refunded, you will receive a coupon of the value of the returned goods minus possible costs (f.e. when the order contained action conditions like free items/gifts and/or free shipment).
